Human beings are creatures of habit and for the most part, we fear change. So we let our minds play all sorts of tricks on us. We come down with a mean case of excuse-itis and then instead of taking it all to the next level, we stop.

OH HOW MUCH I WANTED A CHANGE...
IT'S EASY to look at someone else's then and now and think "I can't get there".
I know, I've said that too!
I would say...
"How the heck did she DO THAT?"
"I don't have the time, can't afford it, don't like to workout"
I've said it ALL.
BUT I HATED THE WAY I LOOKED IN PICTURES.
I'd look at a picture of myself and actually feel like I was looking at someone else, that couldn't be ME, who IS THAT... I'd think.
Enter match strike.
The program I run for other moms now, spoke to me back then.
It went through my mind that it could be a scam. Those results pictures had to be fake right?
But - GUT FEELINGS... you know?
I MADE THE CHOICE TO TRY.
I said no to the foods that didn't match up, got my sweat on daily, fueled my mind with personal development so I wouldn't quit and 30 pounds later I've found a business that is exploding with helping others do the same!
I feel good.
