I know, I've been there.
Human beings are creatures of habit and for the most part, we fear change. So we let our minds play all sorts of tricks on us. We come down with a mean case of excuse-itis and then instead of taking it all to the next level, we stop.
"I don't have the time"
"The kids need me"
"My husband won't like me cooking that"
"I hate working out"
All things I've heard time and again.
BUT ARE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN? DO YOU FEEL.... MEHHH?
Then hear me out.
It's not about weight, inches, size or swim suits.
It's about how those extra pounds and inches make you FEEL. It's about the uncomfortable, not confident, ICKY feeling you get when you KNOW you aren't where you want to be with your nutrition and fitness (and you KNOW you should do better.)
Been there. Felt that.
So we focus on SELF CARE and figuring out how to love your body no matter what because you're doing all you can to take care of it and live in balance.

We all know that the key to success in our wellness journey is eating well, moving our bodies and self-care… yet 70% of our population is still overweight. I attribute much of that to a lack of support and accountability, which is why I created a private community where all of my clients dish about self care + nutrition + movement and help keep each other motivated and accountable.
What I hear from moms is that healthy eating is difficult and time consuming. This couldn't be further from the truth and I practice what I preach! You'll learn how you can eat delicious comforting foods in healthy portions so you won't feel deprived. Diets don't work so stop chasing every fad. You'll be following a simple nutrition plan that focuses on a few KEY CONCEPTS.
Once a week you and I do a private check in to see how you've progressed for the week and to celebrate small victories. Celebrating every tiny victory over time adds up to creating FEEL GOOD habits, which is the primary goal of the program.
The guess work gets taken out of what you should be doing for fitness with access to a VIRTUAL HOME GYM, an on demand streaming service of 1,000's of home workouts with personal trainers at your fingertips. Everything from yoga to cardio to weight training. These can be done on your TV, laptop, or phone! (So they can really be done from anywhere you have internet access).
As a mom of 4, I know how easy it is to put everything else before YOUR self care.
Here's my story:
OH HOW MUCH I WANTED A CHANGE...
IT'S EASY to look at someone else's then and now and think "I can't get there".
I know, I've said that too!
I would say...
"How the heck did she DO THAT?"
"I don't have the time, can't afford it, don't like to workout"
I've said it ALL.
BUT I HATED THE WAY I LOOKED IN PICTURES.
I'd look at a picture of myself and actually feel like I was looking at someone else, that couldn't be ME, who IS THAT... I'd think.
Enter match strike.
The program I run for other moms now, spoke to me back then.
It went through my mind that it could be a scam. Those results pictures had to be fake right?
But - GUT FEELINGS... you know?
I MADE THE CHOICE TO TRY.
I said no to the foods that didn't match up, got my sweat on daily, fueled my mind with personal development so I wouldn't quit and 30 pounds later I've found a business that is exploding with helping others do the same!
I feel good.
The key is making this a LIFESTYLE that works FOR you.
THAT IS WHAT I DO.
That is what I teach others to do.
AND THERE'S ROOM FOR YOU TOO.
